• Eligibility: We only accept returns for items that are not as described.
• 14-Day Return Window: Requests for eligible returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
• Broken or Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact the carrier and file a claim directly with them. We do not cover damage that occurs during shipping.
• Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Consumables: There are no returns on oils, herbs, teas, or any other consumable products.
• Return Condition: Eligible items must be returned in their original packaging and packaged as securely as they were received.
• How to Start a Return: If your item was not as described, please email us within 15 days with your order details and photos for review.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
